Milestones:
- Site is progressing well with all plasterboard walls completed and now well into fit out of the apartments.
- Kitchen and wardrobe joinery commenced and midway along with wet area tiling.
- Façade rendering and metalworks commenced and well underway.
- The watermain extension is heading towards completion and expected to be completed by end of this month.
- Permanent power to the building is now installed on site.
Works planned on site for the next quarter of 2021:
- Complete façade elements and remove all scaffolding.
- Complete all footpath and civil works.
- Complete basement fit out line marking and storage cages.
- Complete fit out of residential apartments.
