Milestones:
- Piling Complete
- Capping Beams Complete
• Shotcreting and Temp Anchors – 100% Complete - Approx. 100,000m³ of soil removed off site
- Detail Excavation is 50% completed
- Crane 01 has been erected
- Pad footings on Level 2 basement on the East Side of the site have been poured
- Inground services have commenced
- Main Sewer is installed
Works planned on site for the first quarter of 2023:
- Erection of Crane 02
- Continuation of pouring basement slabs on ground
- Installation of Footings and Pad Footings
- Completion of Bulk Excavation
- Erection of first suspended slabs
