Milestones:
- Piling Complete
- Capping Beams Complete
- Shotcreting and Temp Anchors – 60% Complete
- Approx. 65,000 m3 of soil removed off site
- Detail Excavation has commenced
- Crane 01 base has been poured
- Pad footings on Level 2 basement on the East Side of the site have been poured
- Inground services have commenced
- Main Sewer is installed
Works planned on site for the first quarter of 2023:
- Completion of bulk excavation to basement 2 & 3 working levels
- Detailed Excavation to be completed under buildings A, B, C, D
- Pad footing, Lift Pits to be poured on L3 basement under buildings A, B, C, D
- Commencement of pouring basement slabs on ground L2
- Installation of bracing and walers
- Commencement of erecting columns and suspended slabs under buildings C & B
- Completion of Anchor installation and shotcreting in the basement around buildings E & F
