- Ramp Between Basement 4 and 3 Poured 100% of Basement Level 3 Poured
- Ramp Between Basement 3 and 2 Poured 100% of Basement Level 2 Poured

- Formwork, Reinforcement and Post Tension Installed on Pour 1 on Ground Floor
- Formwork deck complete on Pours 2 & 3 on Ground Floor

- Overhead services installation commenced in basements 3 & 2

- Perimeter Scaffold Installation upto and including level 5
- Undergrounding of Overhead Powerlines across Canberra Avenue frontage
- OSD Tank, Pool and Fire Tanks to be poured
- Commencement of blockwork in the basement
- Formwork, Reo, PT and Pour to Levels Upper Ground, 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5
- Overhead services installation in basements 4, 3, 2 & 1 complete
- Man and Material Hoist installed.
- Commencement of external framing and Installation of window and door sub jambs, sub heads and subsills.
