- External Cladding – Subframing in preparation for cladding installation, L4-L17 – Complete
- Internal hebel walls and framing – up to and including L15 – Complete
- Services rough up to and including L15 – Complete
- Waterproofing up to and including L12 – Complete
- Tiling to Wet areas, up to and including L8 – Complete
- Kitchens / Wardrobes – up to and including L8 installed
- Commencement of services fitout
- Commencement of Carpark preparation and Fitout
- Commencement carpark painting
- Commencement of Mains Water Upgrade
