Heart of Willoughby is a new lifestyle project for the young and young at heart.
It will deliver a new Club and incorporate Independent Seniors Living Units alongside Assisted Living Residential Aged Care.
On the 20th of September, the Community Consultations kicked off, with presentations from the Club, Hyecorp Property Group and the Project’s Urban Designer.
Hyecorp is honoured to be part of Willoughby’s most exciting club and purpose-built seniors living development.
As development partners with Club Willoughby, Hyecorp will liaise with the community, facilitate a smooth path to development approval and construct a brand new, state of the art club.
The project will incorporate community facilities and amenities to enhance the well-being of future residents, club members and the broader Willoughby Community. The extensive landscaped gardens, connected open spaces and overall architecture will demonstrate design excellence.
The purpose of the community consultation session was to introduce Hyecorp to members of the club and explain the vision that underpins the project. The site analysis that reinforces the master plan was presented, and a question and answer session ensured that Club Member expectations were addressed.
The current status of the project was also presented;
There is no final architectural scheme at the present time, concepts are being worked on.
The members are being asked to identify their ideas for their new Club facility.
The design of the new Club influences how other components of the project are arranged on the site.
The arrangement of all land uses on the site occurs with the preparation of a Master Plan.
Once the Master Plan is finalised it is submitted to the NSW Department of Planning for approval as part of a Site Compatibility Certificate.
Once a Site Compatibility Certificate is approved detailed architectural plans for the Development Application can be progressed.
The session was well attended and received, with Club Members enthusiastic for the project to begin. For a detailed summary of the project and to stay connected with updates, please visit www.heartofwilloughby.com.au
