Sydney property developer Hyecorp Property Group has unveiled its plans to redevelop the Roseville Memorial Club site on the Pacific Highway near Roseville Station, in conjunction with the Club.
The multimillion-dollar redevelopment proposes the transformation of the current venue into a thriving community hub.
Managing Director of Hyecorp Property Group, Stephen Abolakian, says that the redevelopment, which is in initial planning stages, will revitalise the sixty year old Roseville venue, ensuring its survival into the future as community needs continue to diversify.
“Our vision is for the new Roseville Memorial Club to be a built for the future showcase for Roseville and the surrounding area, which will endeavour to attract a broad selection of residents to enjoy the activities of the new Club,” said Stephen.
“We believe the new club will become a focal point for the community with friends gathering for great food and entertainment.
“The building of new club premises is essential in ensuring the Club can continue to sustain itself for future generations to enjoy. We will be introducing new facilities and service offerings to accommodate a range of age groups and interests, creating a true community hub.
“While an important goal of the redevelopment will be to attract younger members and visitors, we certainly recognise the need to preserve the traditions and attributes that have helped the Roseville Memorial Club become a much-loved community establishment,” added Stephen.
Roseville Memorial and Hyecorp will be undertaking a thorough community and stakeholder consultation process.
“We’ll be conferring closely with Club members, Council and the wider community over the coming months to commence the planning process.
“We want to make the new Roseville Memorial a venue that everyone can enjoy, so it is vital that the community is involved in this project from the beginning.
“Hyecorp is delighted to have been selected by the Club’s Directors and Members as their joint venture partner for this project. We look forward to working with the Club and the local community as we work to create this brand new hub for Roseville,” he concluded.
