According to Hyecorp's Kaylar Michaelian, the company has an interest in seeing the area thrive and prosper. "Hyecorp is introducing many new families to the area and nearly half of our staff currently reside in the Municipality. Hyecorp is also making section 94 contributions on each of its developments to Lane Cove Council for future infrastructure improvements throughout Lane Cove. This contribution will run into the millions of dollars."
