What are the Fund's investment objectives?

The objectives of the HYECORP Property Funds are to generate capital and income growth for shareholders by investing in value-add real estate development opportunities and fully utilising the expertise of the entire HYECORP Property Group.


What is the minimum investment?

Each fund has its unique investment criteria and hence minimum investment. The minimum investment will depend on the nature of the fund and its assets and is tailored to suit each fund.


Can I invest in the Property Funds through my Self-Managed Superannuation Fund?

Yes. HYECORP does allow self-managed super funds (SMSF) to invest in its funds as long as the trustee of the SMSF allows such an investment and is in accordance with the Fund's investment strategy


What is the minimum suggested investment time frame for the property funds?

As with any real estate investment you must have a long term view. Each HYECORP Property Fund has a unique investment criteria, time frame and liquidity facility. The flexibility of HYECORP Property Group allows us to tailor the investment in each fund to suit the nature of the underlying asset.


How do I invest in the Fund's?

HYECORP Property Fund investments will be first offered to existing shareholders when a new fund is opened. The balance of remaining securities will be offered to new investors. To invest in a HYECORP Property Fund you must first register your interest and HYECORP will contact you when securities become available.


Can I invest from overseas?

Yes. HYECORP appreciates the importance of sophisticated investors requiring geographically diversified portfolios and international investors are important to us. However, it is important that you check the local investment laws and other law of your country pertaining to international investment before applying for securities in a HYECORP Property Fund. Any documentation provided by HYECORP regarding its investment products are prepared in accordance with Australian laws only. We encourage investors with Australian Tax File Numbers and bank accounts to look at our investment products.

Which areas do you mainly develop in?

HYECORP is an Australian property group and does not have any international developments at this stage. In recent years we have focused on the Sydney property market, due to strong demand and limited supply.
